Lead Generation & Sales Support
✔ Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and web leads.
✔ Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
✔ Assist in qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for the outside sales team.
✔ Provide product and service recommendations based on customer needs.
✔ Support marketing efforts by distributing promotional materials and samples.
Customer Relationship Management
✔ Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
✔ Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
✔ Address customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
✔ Keep detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Sales Process & Documentation
✔ Assist in preparing quotes, contracts, and sales proposals.
✔ Track sales activity, including follow-ups and order status updates.
✔ Maintain an organized database of leads, prospects, and customer accounts.
✔ Ensure all sales reports are completed accurately and on time.
Collaboration & Teamwork
✔ Work closely with the outside sales team to coordinate efforts.

Education & Experience
✔ Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
✔ Preferred: Some college coursework or a degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
✔ Preferred: 1+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field.
Skills & Abilities

✔ Forward all required paperwork to begin the insurance claims process.
Sales Manager to Production
✔ Submit scopes of work for approved retail and repair jobs.
✔ Production to Sales Manager
✔ Communicate delays, material issues, or warranty requests.
Administrative & Workflow Tasks
✔ Review all contracts daily for accuracy.
✔ Train reps on proper documentation and CRM use.
✔ Submit complete job files to production.
✔ Monitor workflow from lead to closed job.
✔ Add scripts, FAQs, and real-world examples to the sales training material.
Tuesday to Saturday
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Base Salary + Commission on Team Sales + Bonuses tied to performance benchmarks and profit targets

On-Site Job Management
✔ Confirm all materials have arrived.
✔ Knock on the homeowner’s door and introduce yourself.
✔ Ask for permission to park trailers and where to place them.
✔ Set up
- Tarp down
- Wheel chocks on trailer tires
- Cones and caution tape if needed
✔ Post permits if required.
Photo & Documentation Checklist
✔ Upload clear jobsite photos into the CRM
✔ Fill out the job checklist.
✔ Ensure proper crew setup and site prep
Neighborhood & Clean-Up Duties
✔ Place 20 door hangers around the job site (5 left, 5 right, 10 across street).
✔ Sweep the jobsite daily.
✔ Run a magnet every evening before leaving.
✔ Lock up loose material to prevent theft.
✔ Keep truck and trailer clean and organized.
Communication & Coordination
✔ Stay in contact with the Crew Leader and Production Manager.
✔ Notify the CEO if there are job concerns.
✔ Retrieve materials if needed and keep all receipts.
✔ Note unused materials for return and track quantities.
✔ Label all receipts with PO number and job name.
✔ Return excess materials to suppliers and document it.
Post-Job Wrap-Up
✔ Complete the job checklist.
✔ Upload notes, photos, and status updates in the CRM.
✔ Confirm the site is left clean and safe.
✔ Report issues using the chain of command.
✔ Check and respond to email daily.
✔ Maintain a clean and professional appearance on site.
✔ Deliver projects that meet our standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Daily Operations
✔ Answer phones and direct calls professionally.
✔ Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars.
✔ Respond to online leads and inquiries.
✔ Manage company email and voicemail.
✔ Perform accurate data entry and CRM updates.
✔ Handle permit applications and follow-up.
✔ Register completed projects for warranty coverage.

Jobsite Setup & Start
✔ Load and prepare vehicle with tools and materials.
✔ Arrive at the jobsite and introduce yourself to the homeowner.
✔ Inspect the property for any existing damage and document with photos.
✔ Follow the photo checklist for before, during, and after images.
✔ Set up protective tarps, dump trailers, cones, and driveway protection.
✔ Verify material delivery, color, and quantity with packing slips.
✔ Coordinate with supplier if materials are missing or incorrect.
Onsite Job Management
✔ Monitor crew performance and job progress.
✔ Communicate regularly with the Crew Leader and Production Manager.
✔ Ensure the jobsite stays clean and organized throughout the day.
✔ Address any minor issues directly with crew; escalate when needed.
✔ Monitor material usage and coordinate reorders if necessary.
✔ Ensure safety procedures are being followed.
Post-Job Wrap-Up
✔ Run a magnet sweep of the entire property, including driveways and walkways.
✔ Confirm cleanup is complete and all tools are packed up.
✔ Lock up any leftover materials securely.
✔ Transport dump trailer and any unused supplies back to the yard.
✔ Complete the jobsite checklist and upload notes, photos, and status updates to CRM.
✔ Submit all receipts and documentation to the office.
✔ Deliver organized, safe, and high-quality jobsite management.
✔ Communicate clearly with all stakeholders.
✔ Ensure accurate records, clean work areas, and satisfied homeowners.
✔ Be proactive and solution-focused throughout the day.
